1. Alorica at Home. Alorica at Home provides customer service for various clients, so you spend your time taking incoming calls, entering and verifying customer information, answering customer questions, resolving their concerns, and possibly offering additional products or services.
2. Amazon. Amazon hires folks in various remote positions, most often in customer service (and speaking multiple languages can help in landing one of these jobs!).
3. Apple at Home. Apple At-Home Advisor positions are great not just for their benefits package (even for part-time employees!) but also because they’ll send you an iMac and headset to work with in your Advisor position.
4. Asurion. Asurion, much like Alorica, works with more than 100 companies to provide their customer service, technical support, and more. Their ideal work-at-home candidates should be passionate about technology (and enjoy troubleshooting that tech), be friendly and listen well, and of course be a problem solver who can think outside of the box to uplift their clients’ customers.
5. Concentrix. Concentrix also hires customer service representatives to handle inbound calls from their clients’ customers – you’d be troubleshooting technical concerns, educating customers regarding purchasing, processing refunds, and so on.
6. Convergys. Convergys provides customer service solutions to their clients and, if you work for them, you’ll be assigned to various projects. Their paid training varies depending on which project you’re assigned to, and some projects may be more sales-focused or technically inclined.
7. Enterprise. Enterprise hires customer service representatives and, even though the position is home-based, you do need to apply to the job listing that’s listed within the state where you live.
8. goFLUENT. goFLUENT hires folks who can help teach English as a Second Language to various global corporations. Due to this, they’re looking for native English speakers with amazing language skills who also have some business or corporate experience.

10. Hyatt. Hyatt periodically hires virtual Guest Service Associates, though they only hire from certain states so check the list before proceeding. If you’re hired, they’ll provide you with a computer, IP phone (and amplifier), an adapter for dual monitors, and a headset.
