1. Business and Occupational Licenses. Businesses in Hawaii must obtain a business license as well as any other permits and professional licenses before becoming fully operational.
2. Business Entity Registration – Forms and Applications.

6. Take a written and /or practical examination
7. Health Certification by a physician or nurse practitioner
