What is hazard classification in GHS??

GHS classification of hazards is divided into class and category. These describe the nature and, if applicable, the degree of hazard of the chemical product. A chemical will have a hazard class, and within that class are several hazard categories, of which one or more will apply.

Are there any GHS pictograms associated with fire hazards??

These hazards have their own unique requirements and generally do not have any specific GHS pictograms associated with them (the one exception being pyrophoric gas which can use the flame GHS pictogram).

What is the 3rd edition GHS scale??

The USA / OSHA implementation of the Globally Harmonized System has adopted the 3rd edition of the guidelines. This 3rd edition uses a 1-4 scale, with 1 being the most hazardous. Any one complying with the GHS in the States should use the 1 - 4 scale.
