12-Week Beginner Half IRONMAN®️ 70.3®️ Plan This plan is suitable for Beginner or time-limited athletes preparing for an IRONMAN 70.3 triathlon. With just 12 weeks to go until event-day, this plan assumes you are currently able to swim 1400 m/yards with rests, ride for 2 hrs and run for 60 mins – but not all on the same day.
