Right now, Calgary’s Bungee Workout only offers “fitness” classes, but the studio will eventually be adding a “workout” class that is a mix of acrobatics, fitness and dance and a “bungee wall” resistance class. This basic Level 1 class is the place to start. Learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and burpees.. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and Sling terminology. This class will still get the heart rate up, all while having fun.
